He has a career spanning over 30 years at Yokogawa Construction, a major general contractor, and has been involved in numerous architectural projects. In particular, he played a central role in the Tokyo Station renovation project as an expert in seismic isolation technology, and contributed greatly to its success. With his deep knowledge and track record in architecture, he has honed his keen insight in assessing the value of real estate.

Currently, as an expert in the real estate field, I am focusing on business operations. By accurately judging the potential of real estate and making optimal proposals to customers, I achieve results that exceed expectations. Based on the trust and track record I have cultivated through many years of experience, I will continue to provide high-level services with the aim of further growth and value creation.

I utilize my expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Japanese Accounting Standards (J-GAAP) to provide optimal investment solutions based on precise trial analysis. In addition, as an after-sales service, we provide specialized support for tax returns for corporations and individuals specializing in real estate, and have a system in place to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
